Construct Formal Training Unit (FTU) Facility

The project is the construction of a 31,800 square foot, two-story academic facility to train up to 80 crews per year.

The structure consists of a hybrid steel braced frame and load bearing CMU structure with a slab foundation and TPO membrane roof. This project is designed to meet a USGBC LEED Silver Certifiable level of construction. Installation of Irrigation Piping, Sleeving and Appurtenances; and Installation of Mechanical Yard Wall.
